 I ordered a vip advanced cover system from empire covers. It shows up I open the box and literally the buckles fell off. Only 3 buckles where not broke in one way or another. Then the strap that holds the buckles looked like a cat shredded it. I can't believe they sent this out to someone. I took pictures on my phone and have them still. It was supposed to have a storage bag which it didn't have. Then they wanted me to return it at my cost (no reimbursement) and when they got it then they'd send me a new one so in the mean time my bike would sit in the rain. Instead of going out of there way to make the customer happy they did the opposite. The more I talked to them the madder I got. I've ordered A LOT of stuff online and this is by far the worst experience EVER. EVERYONE else would of sent me a new cover with a return Shipping label but instead they put me out by having to pay my own return and then have to wait for a new cover while my bike gets soaked. And what sad is they should of sent me a new one instead of a return and that's what I feel I got was a return because of how bad it was. Then when I tried to leave feedback they screen it so they can keep there rating up and I never saw my feedback (review) anywhere . It's a joke site and company that has no business being in business. Would love for them to contact me with the ammo I have. Simply horrible product.
