i took a course in PRP injections from Empire MEdical in Atlanta in November, They are based out of Ftl Lauderdale,  It was very disappointing.  The instructor talked about using a company but did not give proper  contact information to order the kits. the brochure did not include the information either, even though he said it would. Another company was on location to demo another technique, but it failed to perform, In fact, the machine malfunctioned so the procedure was defective. One participate agreed to using it anyway and recieved horrible results.

They promised to contact me about setting up a demo with a better machine but they haven't. I have called four times about using the other company, MyCells technology, Which is the company the instructor recommended, and they keep telling me they will get back to me.  I called again today and Ahn was very rude and passive aggressive. She told me i had to contact the company that was onsite to order the machine and kits. She would not give me the contact information for the My Cells or the instructors contact info that recommended the kits that i could use in my office with the centrifuge i already had.

When i talked to Brad, he promised each time to have Dr Bill Moore from boyton Beach, fl contact me. He has yet to call me back with the info. I would not complain but I took time off from work on a Monday, away from income, spent money on an expensive course, hotel, airfare, cabs, away from my children and especially a loss of income from my work, only to not be able to do what i had hoped to learn and implement in my practice. I signed up for PrP and got afternoon lectures on injections that i already did, not PrP injections and  not knowing that they were going to waste my time on something i did not sign up for.

They were rude when i called to find out about how to order the recommened kits or even talk to the instructor, Dr Bill Moore. Also would not give follow up or information on what was said. It was a total waste of time, money and energy. They also were teaching an elderly LPN that work as a legal secretary all these techniques of medical procedures and injections how to do this. They allow anyone to do this course. There is no quality, expertise, or extension of care after they get your money.  a very poor quality of service and information.  They should be stopped from this improper instrucion and techniques.  Very disappointing and a huge waste!

Bill Moore's real name is Bill Horninger.  He is by no stretch of the imagination a doctor.  He is an accountant. Empire usea him as a doctor to do their training.  The company is a complete fraud!

Please contact Donna Howell at 850-245-4444 x8330.  She is aware of the situation.  There is a big pending lawsuit that will most likely close Empire down once and for all.
