Empire Options Option RobotSebastian Rodriquez,Valentina to Option Robot. This did not happen and the next day I demanded a reversal of my deposit back to my bank. It is now a week later, they do NOT answer phone, emails and now want all my personal info!! Uruguay Internet
After trying the Option Robot demo for many months and doing considerable due diligence with Is-scam and Scam Brokers (as I did NOT know of your site) I went in through Option Robot and was assigned Empire Options as the broker to fund.
Prior to the actual funding Sebastian assured me of instant ACCESS TO OPTION ROBOT. When this did NOT happen I immediately requested a reversal of the $250 back into my bank! At this point ALL EMAILS, MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS were ignored! When I go on line to try to figure out what to do I have found ALL INFO IS NOW NOT IN ENGLISH!! They have requested verification with ALL MY PERSONAL ID. However, I am fearful if I comply they will steal and sell these items.
Please help me get my money back as the site states: "you may withdraw at any time"! I have tried dealing with them, but they have cut off all communications. My question is: Why do they NOT send the $250 back to the same account it was taken from? When they have my name, card number, expiration date, access number? They have all needed to reverse my deposit and that is exactly why I feel they are posssibly stealing IDs, too
