On Friday, January 8, 2016 I parked at the Laz Parking Lot on Ted Turner Drive and Trinity Place, although the address on the parking receipt has the address 117 Spring Street.

I arrived at the parking lot, paid and got my receipt at 11:14 am.  The receipt states Expiration Date/Time 02:59 AM, Jan 09, 2016.

My daughter and I walked two blocks down to Mitchell Street where she got her hair done.  When we returned to the parking lot around 3:15, there were two boots on the car, along with a sticker on the window.

My daughter called the number on the sticker and when the technician returned he told us that the reason he booted the car was because we had left the parking lot and came back.

We told him that that was not true, we never left the parking lot.  He then told us that we must have left because the chalk mark was gone off the tire.

The technician told us that he first came through the lot around 11:30.  If that was true, he would have seen our car.  Why didn't he mark the tires then?  He then stated that he came back three more times.  If he had, he would have seen our car in the same spot.  He even stated that he felt the brakes and it was still hot.

There was never a chalk mark on our tire.  My daughter told him to show us on video our car leaving and coming back to the lot.  The technician informed us that they have no video, so basiclally it was our word against his.  We tried to get in touch with our hairdresser who could prove that we were there the whole time and never left, but she had already left the shop and we couldn't get a hold of her until later that evening.

My daughter called the police and when the officer came he said that there was nothing that he could do.  So, needless to say we had to pay $75.00 to get the boots off the car which was a complete rip-off.

I called EPS back, disputed the charge and was told that I would be contacted by the Manager on Monday becuase it was already Friday afternoon and too late to speak to the Manager.  As of Wednesday, July13, I still have not heard from the Manager of EPS.

I cannot believe there there is no way for me to dispute this rip-off.  Why aer there no cameras at these parking lots for just such an occurrence?
