Complaint Review: Empire Parking Services

Empire Parking Services They booted my car. Booth front & back tires. I called & paid the $75 for the removal. only the back boot was removed. The front boot lock was bent/broken & they couldn't remove it. my car was stuck/left in the Tuxedo Festival parking lot. I tried all on Sunday to get the lock removed. called EPS to ask if ok to leave my car there until Monday when my personal mechanic would be able to pick up. They said it was ok. I put my PAID receipt in my dashboard along with a note that my car would be towed by my mechanic by Monday. On Monday they EPS said it was towed at 7:00am!. Then called A-Towing & impound about getting it out and What the charge was and they said $135 plus $100 to Empire Parking Services! !!! I've already paid them & the paid receipt is in the dash. EPS won't call me back to tell the impound that I've ALREADY PAID them! No one will tell me the owners name either. The number on their receipt is of sn answering service! I even called Atlanta Police that night to report that i paid EPS & they won't take off the front boot! Police said it's a civil suit. I need help please! !!!! Atlanta Georgia

My vehicle was booted in the Tuxedo Festival parking lot in Roswell Rd. On November 16th,  2014. I called Empire Parking Services to remove.  They came out & I paid the $75 fee and received a receipt.  My bank showed the charge. They couldn't get the front boot off, the lock was eitherbent or broken. They tried to get off but couldn't.  So he said I need to get a mechanic to remove.  I called Atlanta Police and they came out.  Atl police said it would be a civil suit to persue. I was left with no way home and no vehicle after even paying!! I tried again on Sunday with help to remove the tire and break the lock.  Nothing worked.  I called Empire Parking Services again. They came out and still the lock wouldn't release. My mechanic wouldn't be able to pick up my vehicle until Monday.  I called several numbers for EPS and asked if I could please leave the car in the lot until Monday,  the person Brian said yes. When I called on Monday mid morning, Brian said it was towed by A-Towing at 7:00am!! The impound said it was going to cost me $135 plus per day fees AND that I owed Empire Parking Services $100!!! I already paid them and left the receipt in the front dashboard! I cant ever get a persons name of the owner at EPS to talk to. I get the answering service lady.
