Empire Prints TeePeat Charged me for items and then never sent them to me! Miami Beach FL
I purchased online "STAR WARS: BLACK KNIGHT DARTH VADER ANAKIN SKYWALKER - 5 PIECE CANVAS PAINTING" from Empire Prints on July 6,2018 for $169. There website says orders are shipped out in 4-7 days and a tracking # would be sent to you. The 7 days pasted and I did not receive any tracking #. I send them an email and they said the items is delayed and they couldn't give a date on when it would be in stock. I them requested a refund, they denied it and still couldn't give me a date for delivery. When I told I would report to the BBB and to my bank about stopping payment, they deleted my account and will not answer any of my emails.
