I had a scheduled appointment with this company and they never showed up for the appoinment.

They never called to cancel or re-schedule another appointment.

The customer service is horrible and they never call you back whenever you leave a message.

 

Empire Today Empire Flooring & Carpet This company's customer service is absolutely the worse. They scheduled an appointment with me on September 09, 2017 and failed to show up, and never called to confirm or cancel, and never called me back to give an explanation as to why they did not show up for the scheduled appointment. i've made several attempts to contact them since this happened but the phone goes to voice message and nobody ever calls back when I leave messages. I read previous reviews from other customers and discovered that this company had treated some of them the same way. It's really just frustrating dealing with them because you get the sense that they are lying when you talk with them....so sad Los Anges California
