The sales Rep in Phoenix Arizona voluntarily told me that laminate flooring would NOT have a hollow clicking sound when walking on it. In fact it DOES make that cheap sound. There is no way to know that until the flooring is actually installed. I requested a refund, but the company refuses. One executive told me the sound would dissipate in four months and I should call back then!!

I am shocked that such a well known company as this will not stand behind its products and representatives.
