This company walks the fine line of legalities. As a former employee I witnessed firsthand how they treated their customers quite poorly and offered little to no customer service. If a customer could not pay the $185 Fee they were told they were not serious enough about finding a job. When someone was unable to pay the fee they encouraged clients to borrow money from family and friends incurring debt.

Many misrepresentations take place from the moment that clients call their number from their advertisements. Insisting that by paying this fee , they are getting a service they are buying an exclusive company list that weeds out the 1,000s other applicants. In truth many of these jobs are able to be found on employer websites and other websites that the employers use. They would make promises such as we have a turnover rate of 2-14 days, while working there I did not hear of one person who actually obtained a job through their services.

Ultimately, the company operates under shady business practices and lacks true integrity. Their entire goal is to obtain the $185 from the client without giving anything back or offering support to the people they are charging. Essentially they use a bait and switch tactic when getting customers into their office, every potential client hears the same scripted responses, no matter the type of job or how many are actually in the database (which they inflate on the phone to be many more than they actually have).

Do not use E1 for getting a job. Their jobs are not what they advertise It is a lure to get you to come in and sacrifice money. They are praying on those desperate to work and really walk the fine line of what is and is not legal.
