Emporium Pacific group and now Monterey finacial Emporium sold my account to Monterey financial and did not add payments I made Internet

 My emporium account was sold to Monterey financial my payments made to pacific group and emporium was not given to Monterey finacial and when I contacted Monterey financial they said I need to contact emporium so I do so and they have no access to my account I purchased 3 Samsung galaxy phones from emporium for 199.99 each I paid down payment 28.00 in December 2016 made regular payment for 105.37 for January and February those payments was not accounted to Monterey financial Monterey sent me email saying I still owe 948.34 I have paid 105.37 for 9 months on 3 phones for 199.99 equaling 599.97
