October 7, 2016, I applied and was approved for $1,000. I ordered 2 Unlocked Iphones. They said after my draft went through the items would ship. 7-14 Days. I have called every week since and they always say the same thing when the ACH is approved. The customer service always repats the same thing, and always says it is preparring to ship. What is funny about is their finance team says they have the approval needed, and does not understand why it has not shipped. No add insult to injury at this point I have even attempted to cancel it 3 times. They are not even able to do that. I have not found 1 person that works there as someone that actually knows how to do a job, it seems they only know how to field phone calls. The chat is the same way. Always repeats the same info. Never seems to have a manager on duty, and never is able to move up the ranks. Not only is this place a rip off, they are just a poor pathtic excuse of people, cause they are not even aloowed to think for themselves.
