Complaint Review: EMPOWER GROUP LLC

On March 26, 2010 while traveling long distance, I received a call from a Linda, who indicated to me she was calling from a company called Crye-Leike and is the listing agent, for a property I might be interesting in buying.

I explained to Linda I was on the road and would get back to her when I was back in New York. Linda continued to tell me about the property that it was a steal, and would not last long.

I asked how she got my name and number, she replied from John Beck's program. Linda continued conversation went like this: I am the listing agent, but the home is being sole through EMPOWER GROUP LLC.

Kitchen: White walls. Cabinets mostly intact; one door needs replacing. Counter and sink intact. Hardwood floods. Living Room: White walls and hardwood floor. Bedrooms: Wood paneled wallsand hardwood floors. Bedroom. Vinyl flooring. Tub, toilet and sink intact.

Linda continued to say I could pay for it property now, and when I get home do my Due Diligence, and if I changed my mind can always call back 1-866-200-8785 for a full refund. I gave her my Junipper credit card to take a total of $11,295.00. My card was debited March 27, 2010. By EMPOWER GROUP OREM UTAH.

On April 6, 2010 phone said no. spoke with Tal Ehlers, I am not interested in buying this, and would a full refund back to my card of purchase
