EMS Computing Inc ripoff could not deliver Canon BJC-85 printer but charged my Visa I've rec'd no cr. to acct will not return calls e-mails or comments submited on their web site consumer rip-off fraud Florida Based
I ordered a Canon BJC-85 from EMS Computing and heard nothing for 1 1/2 weeks. I sent repeated messages explaining I needed to receive before August 1st as I was traveling extensively out of town and need the convenience of the printer to complete contracts on the road. After a time I sent them another message saying to please respond and if they could not deliver the printer I would need to cancel and purchase elsewhere...
I still received no reply. I sent more messages . . . until on July 25th I received a detail of my order with information that once my order was shipped I would receive another e-mail with tracking numbers.
August 1st I still had not received the e-mail with tracking numbers. I asked them in another e-mail to please cancel the order I couldn't wait any longer as I was leaving that night.
Now I can get absolutely no response to my every day messages, e-mailed and faxed and no credit to my Visa account for the $294.57 that they charged to it.
Is there any help you can offer??
Thank you,
Rebecca

Request a charge back from your credit card company, because EMS failed to deliver the merchandise.
You do not have to pay for undelivered merchandises/services.
