A telemarketer from EMT Medical targeted my elderly stepmom and probably scared her into signing up for their online "medical records" service which supposedly puts key info online so that EMT providers can find all key info on her and my father. They will NOT stop after numerous calls and am now writing a certified letter (at their request to do so). They have already auto deducted $186.62 from their account TWICE plus another $25. There is something at least twice a month deducted. How they got their information is beyond us. But put them out of business before they rip off another senior citizen who doesn't understand what a ridiculous, unnecessary service they are signing up for.
