Purchased E-mule software from E-Mule.org, site offers premium package, and unlimited free downlads of MP3's. Once you purchase package, and try to install software, you quickly realize you have been taken. They also take your credit card info, without going to an https: domain, which was another tip I was being scammed. "E-mule.org" is a clone site, selling software that is free from a similar domain name. I started checking google for other complaints about e-mule.org, and low and behold, I an just another, in a long line of duped consumers.

I Spent 6 hours on the phone attempting to get money back, when I finally reached 3rd party biller "marketbill.com", they went through the reasons why I should have read all disclaimers on website. I threatend to forward my complaint to the State's attorney office, and continued to insist on my money back. "marketbill.com", refunded everything back but a $9.99 fee for canceling service.

Strange thing with all this, "marketbill.com" offered me tech service for purchased software. How is it that the 3rd party biller offer's tech service for "e-mule.org"??? In my honest opinion, this is a ruse to collect a $9.99 cancelation fee. If the consumer does not fight it, they can collect $64.58. I usualy am smarter than this, don't fall for this scam like I did.
