Im not clear about the details as to why my request to cancel, via the emusic website, the day I signed up did not work. I also did not find the music options available in November sufficient.

It might have been a mistake in the email address I entered. Im not sure how this is possible, but whatever....

I did take advice from a posting here about waiting through the useless cancel options first offered and after a few minutes received another set of customer service options. Pressing one connected me to a very helpful gentleman who took me quite seriously. In 5-7 days I should have the charges that occured since my first email request to cancel reversed. He even went beyond my first email request to see if he could get all charges reversed. Ill let you know when I receive the refund.
