I took the advice of another report and called the corporate headquarters at 212-201-9240 and dialed extention 725 to get the CEO David Pakman. It worked and his secretary took my name and phone number and said customer service would contact me. GET THIS, they did. About an hour later a representative called me and after some haggling said she would refund my money and cancel the subscription. That was only a couple hours ago and I hope what she said is true, if not I'll call David back and ask what's up with my refund.

Two days later the money was refunded to my bank account. I got nothing accomplished with their pre-recorded messages, but the CEO's secretary was able to get things going. It seems they need to figure out their customer service problems. I just wanted to talk to a representative to make sure something was being done, not just pushing a button and hoping.
