Emusic.com emusic charges after cancellation Internet

I cancelled the subscription during the free trial period but was still charged $9.99 on my credit card. Immediately contacted the company but received only a generic auto-response that was no help. I'm currently disputing the charge through VISA, but haven't heard anything yet. This company is a rip-off in my opinion. In addition, the music selection is poor, consisting of "rip-off" cover versions deceptively posing as original hit releases.
