Complaint Review: Emusic.com

On 12/26/2007 at about 5 pm, I signed up for a "FREE 2 week trial period with 25 FREE music downloads" from e-music.com. After trying to find songs that my daughter wanted downloaded to her mp3 player, we found 3 that 'might' work - although they were done by TRIBUTE BANDS and not the original artists. Highly disappointed with this service I cancelled it 2 hours later...then I noticed the next day I had been charged the $9.99 fee. After numerous e-mails, all saying the fee was non-refundable, i found this site (ripoff) and learned what a SCAM this company truly is.
