eMusic failed to refund membership - SCAM New York, New York

I used a 14-day trial membership that expired on May 4th, 2012 and offered 35 free downloads. If I cancelled before the 4th or used the downloads, then the trial membership would end. I used the downloads and then cancelled at 11:45pm.

They still charged me $11.99 even though I cancelled before the trial period ended. They said that my trial period ended at 4:56am pm May 4th.

How would I know that??? The confirmation email stated that the trial period ended on May 4th and did not specify a time or any other information. I figured the trial period ended at midnight on the 4th.

I contacted emusic and they refused to refund my money. They are truly SCAMMERS and don't care about their customers. The selection of music is not that great and their search engine is flawed. I found music searching by the title that did not appear when I searched by the artist.
