I purchased an MP3 player and it came with a coupon for 50 free downloads. I started to put in my information, but I never completed it. So I don't know how they got my card number because I never got to that point. Once I saw that I had to put in credit card informaion I said "what for it's 50 FREE downloads."
So on 12/17/2007 the charged me $9.99 for some music that I never got and I called, but all you get is an automated answering machine. So I thought that maybe it's a one time charge only, but it wasn't. They charge me again on 1/17/2008 and If I'm not getting any music I want my money back.
