July 2006 my bank account started getting charge $9.99 a month. I saw the charge on my bank statement and didn't think to much of it. The next couple months had passed and I saw the EMusic charge again for $9.99 then I asked my husband if he had bought a cd or somthing? He said No. I then went on to the internet looking up the website. I looked for a customer service phone number to call but of course there is not a phone number. I then started emailing customer service. I let them know that I didn't authorize them to be taking money out of my account. I also let them know I has never even heard of EMusic. They did not care and they continued to charge my account. Email after email asking for a manager or phone number to contact me. EMusic customer service emailed me and let me know that my account was opened by someone else and it was fraud. I was so happy to hear they finally found out what was happening. But then they only credited my account for $50.00. They owe me another $100.00. I went down to my bank and they are investigating the whole incident but EMusic is getting away with fraud. If you are thinking about using this website please think twice it is a FRAUD!
