I purchased an MP3 player, and there was an ad for free music, try the trial for 15 days, for free, if you don't like it, cancel. i tried it and couldn't down load one song. i tried to cancel, but there was no way to cancel and no way to contact anyone. i was charged 31.99. Finally managed to contact, and they said they would refund, they did, but then charged 31.99 again. definitely a rip off.
