I also had an emusic account, but for 10 day free trial... Then I got laid off from my job, didn't use my $10.00 of free downloads, and missed the cancel date by one day. I found the toll-free number for emusic.com! I invite everyone who has had trouble to call. Call. Call. Call. Each time you call this number, it costs them money. Call them until you have been "repaid."

So, If you have been ripped off by emusic.com, CALL THEM at 1-866-240-9271 I used extension 4 to cancel my account. I will see how it goes.

You agreed to the monthly subscription fee. If you choose not to use it then it's your loss.
