While I have enjoyed their service and there are many positives, the reset of dollars spent to result in zero credit is completely unacceptable. You could pay for any level of service for a year and if you don't download, you get absolutely nothing for your money. If they were to roll over credits, I wouldn't have an issue...however, they never have. We spent $130 in the last round with them and didn't order songs every month. Hence, there were many months where we got nothing and we'll never receive any value for dollars spent. If they cared about customer retention, they would do the right thing and allow us to keep the credit we paid for.
