Complaint Review: EMY Sporting Gear

I was searching for Suunto Lumi watchbands that are difficult to find.  Then after about a month this new web page showed up in my search: EMY Sporting Gear.  They had a few different models.  I made and order and paid through PAYPAL (I have filed for resolution) 

Today I recieved and empty box, sealed with tape that does not appeared tampered with.  There was a USPS shipping sheet, but no customs forms (I work in the Middle East), and the USPS number matched that posted to my PAYPAL account.
