I paid 127.50 to a nanny site yesterday and they said they had nannies I could hire in my area. I purchased the site for 6 months. When I logged on and posted my job only 3 people came up and they were not even complete profiles.

They lied to me about the effectiveness of their site. I immediately contacted them that I wanted to terminate my membership and get refunded. They will not do this. RIPOFF.

They would not refund me and to this date, I have not been refunded. The response is not true. I never got one person. Don't waste your money. When I logged on there were names that were not even good.  I got a great nanny on Craigs list we have been using for a year and a half.

The 'free membership' said there were a bunch of nannys however when I actually purchased it, they were outdated and maybe 3 of them. No one was looking. Again, RIP OFF and they stole my money.

You didn't offer to help me find a wonderful caregiver. You said to post the job and someone would apply. It was posted for a year and not one person applied. When I had it on Craigs List, 20-30 applied.

We are sorry to hear that this customer was not satisfied with our service. This customer had a free membership (to view potential candidates prior to becoming a full member). After upgrading, she requested a refund and informed our service that she had already disputed the charges with her bank, which meant that we were no longer able to work with her.

She mentioned that there were only a few candidates in her area, which was not the case when we ran a search for her and she was also able to see all of the potential candidates prior to upgrading. If given the opportunity, we are confident that we could have provided a number of viable candidates and assisted her with finding a wonderful caregiver.

so months later after my job is still posted, no good leads. Don't waste your money. They took mine and wouldn't credit me back even after their site didn't produce quality nannys.

We offer a free membership so that families can view candidates prior to committing to a membership. This customer took advantage of that offer, and, after viewing the candidates, chose to join. Once a customer joins our site, we begin to incur costs by placing ads and having our staff search for caregivers. There were plenty of candidates in her area.

We are sorry to hear that this customer felt she was ripped off. Our customers are very important to us. Our goal is to successfully match nannies and families. We are happy to provide personalized service and will work with a customer so that they will find the right candidate.
