Encante Anti Aging serum they sent my free sample which I paid the shipping for but then turned around and sent me a whole new order charging my visa card a whopping amount I did not authorize, total rip off. I want my card credited back as they will not take back the new shipment even though it was never opened. ? ?
I ordered a sample product from Ecante anti aging serum and called them and told them I did not like their product, they still sent me another order for a large amount charged to my credit card. I called their customer support and asked could I send the sealed product back and get a refund, they told me no, I should try to sell it to a friend. I told her I was not happy with that answer and they said they could refund me a portion of the products cost. I want a full credit on my visa card as I do not like the product and it breaks my skin out. They refused to do so. I think this really bad customer service if you want to continue to sell your product on the maket. Everybody has a money back guarantee if your not happy about the product.
Therefore I am lodging a complaint against this type of fraud

i purchased the free trial and paid the shipping which I don't have a problem with that , but I do this company went in to my charge card and took out close to 200.00. I went to the Regions Bank an filled a affadivat with the bank. I cancelled my credit card so they can't charge anything else.
i think this is a crying shame how companies can do this and get away with this.
They use Ellen Degeneres name to sell the product I am sending an email to her TV Show.
