I bit off on a promotion from the Columbus Dispatch to go to automatic billing. I was to receive 2 nights hotel stay in a hotel in "over 100 destinations" from Encenta Promotions

It had to be postmarked 60 days before the expiration date (July 1, 2006).

I sent the form in on April 14, 2006 choosing Chicago. The form even had a space for my email address, which I filled out. On April 29, 2006 I received a letter from Encenta stating that Chicago was "no longer offered."

The letter said that I had to choose another city - BUT, there is no web site or phone number with the current "offered" cities. I reveived the letter on Saturday, and must have it postmarked by Monday to meet the deadline. How do I know which cities are offered????

They could have sent me an email, or called me. It is obvious their goal is to make it as hard as possible. Stall Stall Stall.

I will complain to the Columbus Dispatch too (at least they have published phone numbers), and maybe the Ohio Attorney General.
