Complaint Review: Enchances Service Billing Inc.

I recieved by phone bill from att, jan 2008 has charges from this company i called them they stated that someone in your house get online registration, i replied that i have no one in my house who can run pc they said they are going to cancel the service and return the amount for 2 months which is $32 to att, but still i am getting charges on my bill, Att said sorry to help me out and i m calling this service but can not be able to connect and they hang up the line.

If any one knows how to handle these people to solve this problem kindly let me know.
