Enclave At Winghaven ripoff likes to charge more money than customer owes O Fallon Missouri
Moved in apartment and signed a 1 1/2 year lease. Had many issues with the company including a computer that I had owned and burnt up because of an electrical problem. Never had any issues get resolved.
I moved out two months early which I would owe them 2,200.00. They are now trying to sue me for 7,500.00. I did a case search at case.net only to find out if they sue everybody for an outragous amount. They sue 90% of the cases for over 2,000.00. This seems a little fishy to me. Also the same attorney represents them and his name is Randall J. Reinker.
Word of advice do not move in hear. Had many complaints of similar cases that live in my neighborhood that use to live there.

Status as follows: final lawsuit figure is 6,500 for two months. Not worth doing business with ever again. Will still fight with public support though. Word of advice never give in.
