Mary Tisdale, aka Louise Tough on Facebook owned Encore Consignment in Land O Lakes Florida.

There are dozens of complaints against her on social media and with the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

Several of us asked her if she was closing, she stated she wasn't and continued to accept consignments. I had consigned a lot of merchandise at this place.

This store accepted better clothing, jewlery, shoes, handbags and home decor and had recently expanded.

Shortly after consigning, Mary closed the store without notifying us consignors; in effect KEEPING all of the merchandise and money. The store was completely empty. The phoen number was disconnected and the website and Face book pages were removed.

A week later she sent an apology via email stating she would give eveyone their merchandise back. That never happened. She stopped responding to emails.

Pasco County Sheriff's office decided not to pursue criminal charges for some unknown reason. Many people lost thousands of dollars. Money that most of us needed.

Mary, you took food out of our mouths. You took money people needed. You failed to make good on your promises.

You lied, cheated and stole.

Then you filed bakruptcy, rather than return people's merchandise.

You are a pathetic human being and a total loser.

God help anyone who ever considers hiring you.

I received bankruptcy papers from her attorney. My understanding is that all of the consignors would have to individually sue her and no one can afford that. If she does get sued civilly, unless the judge awards the judgment under the fraud statues, it would be wiped out in bankruptcy, correct? So you wouldn't be able to collect.
