Encore Financial ripoff Internet Utah
I was looking online for a home to buy. They where montoring the web site's. They contacted me by phone and asured me that they could help me with a loan.
So I was conected to the credit card department or managment group. Before I knew what was happing they had me talked out of my bank account number. Said I would have 48 hours to cancel . They gave me there web site and told me to check it out. When I did my computer came up with the rip off web site.
After I saw this I knew it would be trouble, so I kept researching there company. The next morning I went stright to the bank to put a hold on my account. Then came home and called Encore! I was told at that moment that there was nothing I could do . I could not cancel the account. When I told them I had closed the account out , I was told they would make a note of it and then Goodbye.
I work really hard for my money and can not afford for this company to take me for a ride. Everyone be aware of them all they want is your bank account number's .

I too had the same problem. The lady I talked for one, spoke very fast so I didn't understand here completley. Two she didn't explain it to me properly. I was told that they were going to deposit 500 dollars in my account and then take the money out of that. But no that's not what it was. They just wanted your money. I too, tried to call them and cancele and got the same response, that there was a no cancelation thing on the policy agreement, told me they would take note of me changing my account number and hung up.
