Encore Financial ripoff Internet
On 6-3-04 I made out a check for 199.95 to encore financial resources for a credit card. The verification officer's last name was O'brien. My code number was 1615953. They took this money out of my checking account and I have not been able to access their website. I just want my money back minus the $25 nonrefundable fee.
