Please do not do any business with Mr Plummer. Save your money and yourself from stress, anger & frustration. Encore Housing group is a property management group that did not deliver what they promise. Gary was managing my property,he did not pay for 3 months telling me that the agency is delayed with payment until another property owner filed a complaint to the agency. The agency told us that they were paying Gary but per Gary they did not pay. And he used the money for business operations. What business operations?!?I I visited my property and found out that he did not pay the utilities amounting to thousand of dollars. He has a very positive energy and will lure you to the business but he will not do anything that he said. He will also tell you about a Joint business venture which will cost you $8,000 and will promise to pay you $700 /month for 2 yrs to get the maximum Return of Investment. Guess what! You will get maximum stress, maximum problems & more debts. You will be in deep trouble if you associate with him.So please save yourself and hold on to your money.

Encore Housing Group Rebuttal

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, September 08, 2015

Encore Housing Group, INC has aimed to provide shelter for the homeless while maximizing investor ROI.  We have had a great system until the Agency who pays the rents for the tenants have consistently paid late and decided to stop payments because of owner complaints.  What we need all parties to understand that we cannot pay rents or payments to investors if the agency does not pay us.  We apologize to any client that has experienced these delays but we only have so much control. We are in the process of working with this same agency on resuming payments and getting the current tenants that are "off contract" enrolled into a program that pays the rents.
