i was totally decieved by the management/officers of encore marketing inc. as to what my pay was for work done! this company hired as a vender by bellsouth/AT&T, is stealing money from its employees/sales reps, by not paying them on the full commision of a sale or upgrade to businees clients of AT&T. encore marketing falsified ordwer forms to me on what i had sold, stating that it was the customer or the way it was submitted in order to withdraw some or all portions of the pay on sales. YES it is TRUE, they have told me that there was nothing they could do, and that there is no-one to speak to about this. after several attempts to get my money, and speaking to so-called account representatives, no-one has any answers.

To Mike:

Hopefully, you are out only a few weeks of your time and a couple of hundred dollars.

To ALL:
In my opinion (again)..

From California to Texas to Mississippi to Florida to North Carolina-here are examples of how this pathetic excuse of a company consistently screws its people.

No doubt, some shill will arise to defend Encore-be it Craig or Angelo or some other troll.

The fact remains-numerous posts have appeared on ROR, from the above mentioned states, all claiming to have lost commissions due to "fraud," "improper orders," or outright theft by Encore.

I welcome responding to anyone willing to defend this company, in spite of the sheer volume of complaints that have been registered over the past 4 years.

For ex-employees, thank your stars you are no longer involved with this pitiful "marketing opportunity."

For potential victims-please do not interview with Encore. Frustration and destitution are your only rewards. Encore is just one step above Scentura and 1000 steps below a legitimate sales organization.

You have been warned by a former Sales Director.
