Complaint Review: Encore on farmer

I have lived at encore on farmer for 6 years no problems 2 months ago a lady passed away and no one noticed she laid dead in the apt for at least a week.Ever since then weve had bugs.They blame the residents but the reason they cant get rid of them is becuse they keep all the trash containers inside the building.The smell is over whelming on the weekends.This is a senior complex.Someone had a accident in the mens room in the lobby they lock the lobby bathroom at night and on weekends.This is a secure building on weekends the only people here are residents.The front door is open weekdays from 9 to 5 people come in the door landscapers-contractors-etc.They use the lobby bathrooms it could have been one of them but the residents are being punished.They are always in our apts inspecting for something no privacy they make you sign your lease 3 months ahead of time and never give you a copy.The manager is a bully and should not be working with seniors.I have heard her scream at residents.The Company MEB only cares about money.Never answer thier phones hardly ever in the office.Do nopt rent from these people they will smile be nice but once you sign that lease it is totally diffrent.RUDE disrestful people.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.ROACHES.TRASH.
