Encore payment systems Deceptive contract and monthly billing sfter cancelling Internet, Texas
After 7 years of buisness with encore payment systems,we found much lower rates.We are a mom and and small buisness.We were told by a salesperson that our contract was for 3 years.After calling to cancel,and sending written fax documents to verify, we were chatged 37.00 for one month and 76.50 monthly fees for no services whatever.Then after that we were told we would get a 250.00 penalty.All in all 363.50 to cancel after 7 years of paying high rates.Evey time we called for info on cancellation we were told a different story on the total price.These people just laugh at you and basiclly tell you thet will take what they want after you cancell,especialy after 7 years of service ,which they claim is automactically renewed every year with no notice given.I am filling complaint with texas attorney general.Stay as far away from these crooks as you can.Please you will thank me.
