Complaint Review: Endless Youth Vitamins Distributed By Guthy Renker

I ordered Endless Youth Vitamins with the understanding that I could cancel if I wished at any time. I received the first shipment and called to cancel. The company "Guthy Renker" does not answer their phone (multiple calls with over 30 minutes of "please continue to hold, your call is important to us" etc recording. They never answer.). This offer came with Leeza Gibbon's Sheer Cover makeup, which I also decided to cancel (due to my frustration over that entire transaction). They did cancel but refused to stop the next shipment which is going out in one week!
