Complaint Review: Endurance

Endurance Will not cover ANY claim, only takes your money Northbrook Illinois

I purchased an extended through Endurance and waited the required 30 days and 1,000 miles and a few days after that the A/C went out in our Buick Enclave. I took it to a near by dealer and gave them the warranty card. They called the claims people and a car fax report was run and they said there was a mileage discrepancy. I found out that PEP Boys had written the wrong mileage when they had done some work a month previous.

I had to spend an entire day proving that was Pep Boys and not my error and they finally were pleased with that and I was told they would cover the a/c repair. I took it in today and when the shop called them for the claim they said that since the condensor had rusted that it was environmental and that was not covered. I've never in my life heard of environmental issues causing the a/c to fail. This is for a car that is garage kept. After calling again today they said they were not covering the repair. So now it is clear that any claim that is attempted they will find something to not have to cover the repair. I'm trying now to get my money back. 

This company is nothing but a bunch of con-artists!!
