advertises digital ceramic printing systems at price of 30,000. Once you buy system you are on your own. If there are any questions or problems that may arrise you will be given every excuse in the book for it but not a solution. Too many upset customers have bought from this company and are all tired of it. Best advice for anyone is to look into companies in europe that offers same systems for better price as well as support. ron is a very good salesman and should be avoided.

I purchased a printer from Enduring images as well, and I have to say that I could not agree less with the earlier complaint. Before purchasing this system I went through the (limited) options here in the US. There is, to my knowedge at least, only one other company that sells ceramic printer systems, and my experience with them was beyond awful. Sent horrible samples decals several times, offered no insisde product knowledge or help with solving the problem, could not answer several uestions I had about their equipment, and NEVER picked up the phone or called back. Beyond unprofessional. As for the quality-Enduring Images has printers that produce beautiful, color-rich, high-gloss decals that look wonderful. We sell high-end dinnerware and never have to worry about the quality of our product. The "other " company sent sample decals that I would not want to apply to dinnerware. Perhaps it was something I did wrong, but I will never know since they were impossible to get a hold of. This despite us wanting to purchase an almost $8000 piece of equipment.

The system Enduring Images sells is $10,000, so a bit more, BUT I have yet to call there and not get a answer to my questions. They support you throughout the whole process, and always answer the phone. Of course there will be a learning curve if you have never dealt with this kind of equipment before. That does not have anything to do with the system's quality. I am very very glad I went with this company, they are professional, answer the phone, and supply a good product. I would rather have a sales person that is a bit forward than a company I can't get a hold of to buy my printer.

After reading the complaint I felt that it was not accurate or just to Enduring Images. We are a Headstone supplier and we manufacture our own porcelain photos. We purchased a system from Enduring Images in 2011 and immediately went into a learning overload. Any one purchasing a ceramic printing system with no printing or Photoshop experience will be disillusioned within the first day.  We had to learn how this converted toner system reacts with ceramic toners and how to deal with CMYK colors agains RGB colors and oftened had to do things by trial and error. We have always relied on Ron personally and his helpful staff. Ron personally will pickup the phone and help you thru. Enduring Images may not have all the answers for your specific problem but at least they are willing to give it a shot. Today we are still learning how to print perfect porcelain photos and we think we know how to do it right. We still struggle with the mechanical equipement and the toners streaking. Ron has offered learning videos on how to clean the system to prevent this and has worked for us.

The system costs are high and the toners are extremely expensive so you need to do your due dilligence before buying a system and not place all the blame on a great company that supports their products.

I just discovered your complaint in Rip Off Report. I do not know who you are but please contact me.  We are not perfect but I can tell you without reservation we have a total commitment to our customers and you can see numerous testimonials on our web site.  Our current digital ceramic printing systems cost $10,000 and up depending on configuration and options and if you are truly a customer of mine we offer a 40% discount to existing customers to make the upgrade to our current state of the art system very affordable.  We have 100's of very satisfied and long term loyal customers.  We are grateful for every one of them.

If anyone has been influenced by the posting of Anonymous in Portland do your own investigation. Don't believe anything I have said and don't believe anything Anonymous in Portland has said.    Starting form that neutral position I believe you will find our customers to be quite satisfied with their relationship with Enduring Images. You will likely also find some of our competitors who say very bad things about us.  In the end, ignoring all of that is, again, a good place to start.

I am happy to speak with anyone who has a concern about this posting and I have many customers beyond those on the web site that are happy to talk to you about our technology and about Enduring Images as a company.

Thanks,

Ron
