I have been receiving phone calls from 440 652 5114 for quite sometime. The call starts 0ut as

For those who are 60 years and old you now qualify under the National Senior Assistance Program to receive three thousand dollars in free grocery savings certificates.They can be used at over a hundred major grocery store chains across the nation.

In addition to your three thousand dollare in svings certificate, you wil receive a free emergency medical alert bracelet or necklace.

This medical aler device is designed to save your life if you ever experience a fall or any other emergencies.

I talked to an agent who stated her name was Julie.  I asked her for her full name and where she was calling from. She stated Julie and you are M_______  _______________ and live at ________  _________________.  I told her that this was a scam and that I was on a do not call list. She stated that it was not a scam and if it were then the government would have shut them down, which they haven't. I told her that I was not interested, and she then said have a good day and hung up.  You could hear other people talking in the background.

I checked and the National Senior Assistance Program does not exist and one state, Virginia's BBB put a warning out on this .

What scares me is that she knew my fullname , and where I lived. What other information do they have?
