Buyer Beware of this SHADY Photovaltaic (SOLAR) Contractor, Energy Concepts (Roly Masferrer) Hollywood, Fl. We were contracted by this company to install 2520Watt system for a client in Miami, Fl. We completed the installation, the client paid ROLY MASFERRER of ENERGY CONCEPTS, HOLLYWOOD,FL.in full and we never got paid. We have made many attempts to reach him. We have contacted him thru an attorney, still no reply. We were forced to put a lien on his elderly clients house and he will not return their phone calls as well. What a rip off, he made off with 8,000.00 of our money, and is still pitching solar in the S. Florida area.
