Complaint Review: Energy Professional Marketing

follow up letter=I searched out the company, to my dismay
Energy Professional Marketing cannot be found over the internet Perhaps they were legally taken off the net, or left the area.

I am out of $5000. Is there anyway that amount of cash can be recovered? It is a scam. And a fraud done perhaps to others like me who had high hopes of starting a home business. Just another victim who lost it and must pay the credit card company back.

My brother read in the newspaper of a large book company taken off from marketing on the internet. Perhaps this could be them.

Originally Devin the owner of Energy Professional Marketing suggested to me that I could sell religious books; he or someone else would coach me. Boy! Was I taken for a ride.

My credit card company tried to retrieve that money but also got nowhere. So I am stuck with the bill. Can the authorities find the company and those involved with the scam, have them arrested and brought to trial? I did last spring contact Devin, I requested that he return the money, because I wanted out. He told me that we don't do business that way.
