Complaint Review: energy professional marketing

I borrowed $5000 from Citimiles to start a business. I phoned but no response .....

I wanted out of energy professional marketing for sometime. Citimiles (credit card)tried to contact this outfit but got nowhere. So the $5000 was put back on my statement. About four months ago, I did reach them and talked with a man named Devin. I requested that they return the money to Citimiles. He said," We do not do business that way". Since February until now. They
never complied with me nor the credit company.

They sent them a dispute requesting them to refund my money. I believe I was duped into a scam. A victim of a swindle. In all my years I thought this would never happen to me. How can I get them to cooperate with me and Citimiles. They sent them papers requesting that this outfit send the money back immediately.

Is there a way to investigate this outfit? Perhaps they must be put on notice...legal writ if found. Never again will I do such a thing. I do need work to support myself but not this way.
