Windows were purchased June,2008.  Complained to Energy Savers on May, 2009 that color on vinyl windows was fading.  Energy Savers gave us acetone to wipe on vinyl.  Did it and fading came right back.  May, 2010 also complained to Energy Savers and was told they will do nothing about this problem, they said we were told that these windows fade, we were never told this.  Why would I purchase windows if I was told they would fade & why would a salesperson tell us they would fade if he wanted to sell the windows. We were never told about this fading.  The reason we puchased these windows was for maintenance free, we are not satisfied that we have to apply acetone a harmful chemical every year.  The worse window on my home are the front picture windows (5 windows)  I'm embarrassed to say they are new windows and am not happy with the appearance on the front of my home. If I want to sell my house how can I say these are new windows when they look terrible.  Purchase amount of house windows was $10,190.  Manufacturer of these windows is Lang Exterior.

Have used them in three family homes for the relatives and my own home  No faded windows. my windows are the wood look on the inside, had them for ~ 6 years now, they still look like new

Of all the windows mfrs in this area and of the 4 estimates i got before i made a move, EnergySavers won the contract for courteous salespeople, quality of the window in the demostration and the price for a complete package and much lower than your quoted price.

i still can say go with energy savers for home improvement needs.
