Complaint Review: Engine Sales

A Dale working at engine Sales under Wendell Armstead has fraudulantly claimed that he was going to rebuild an engine new valves, pistons etc. Had implied that he had an engine to do it. He didn't have an engine and was trying to rebuild the one out of the pickup, the head is bad in our pickup that is the reason we wanted it done in the first place. We purchased a head had it delivered to his place of business to get the job done and he assured us the job would be done the next business day.

The job was originally to be completed in a week. It has now been 3 weeks we do not have the pickup. My husband is now going to pick the pickup up. We paid Dale a deposit of $800.00 and owe $289.00 upon completion, of course that amount is now supposedly $100.00 more. I do not intend to pay the remainder as the job is not completed.
