On August 6, 2013 I purchased a turbo for my Isuzu truck. When the package arrived the turbo had sand all in the box and turbo. When I called to complain and to receive a refund, Brian told me thats the way he receives the parts. Anyone who works on turbos knows that there should be no particals in a turbo. Brian became belligerant and using profane language and hung up on me. In a few minutes he called me back, I explained again I wanted an immediate refund and a call tag to have the turbo sent back. I have not heard from the company since this happen. I have sent emails and no response.
