Engines Wholesale Direct LLC Houston Texas Lip service, Lies, scam artist. Purchased a used engine with a 3 year warranty. As of 2/1/19, company decided not to honor the warrany and refund my $200 for that warranty. Have not received it as of 2/15/19. Houston ,TX Texas, Lousianna
On October 15, 2018, I purchaseda used engine form this comapny and included a 3 year extended warranty for an additonal amount. The Individual I dealt with is DJ. The engine came with a defect. DJ wanted me to remove the bad engine and return it. So I would have been stuck woth NO engine and labor cost.
My mechanic was able to repair the defect at an additional cost. After continual effort to settle with DJ, about 30 days, I was able to do so with the Owner or the person claiming to be the Owner Samirra for a part of the additional repair amount. I followed their policy and sent the invoce for installation and the oil change as required after 2000 miles or one month but received NO warranty.
Continual emails and texts to them. No warranty. Finally, on February 1, 2019 I received an email from DJ indicating that they did not want to honor the warranty agreement and refund my $200. As of this date, NO REFUND. This company is a bad business! Only Lip service, lies and excuses. DO NOT use this busness for any car part needs!!!

I finally received the $200 refund for a warranty I did not receive after an intervention form another company. The company, Engines Wholesale Direct, LLC of Houston Texas chose not to honor it.
I still would not deal with them and DJ if you need any auto parts. He just lies and uses lip service.
