Complaint Review: Englewood Public Library

Wow, bimbette of a librarian has to act just like what she is-when you're requesting two books they don't have in their library. Even with clearly spelled out instructions and saying word for word how to spell your name and pointing directly at the screen showing which book to select. 

And even after all of that which would make it possible for even a two year old to comprehend, they still act like f*cking airheads and conveniently cop out with the excuse, "oh Im sorry, I already log out, are you done with everything you order?" And then have the balls to say "okay, have good day, bye bye." Before you are even done making sure they have everything right. 

Even took it up with the manager who had to pull the same s**t after I made a complaint with saying, "uh huh, Ill look into it and see what was going on over there." As if what? Im just blowing hot air? I think if I want that type of customer service Ill go shop at Walmart. And trust me, you can literally go out of the country with out even leaving by walking in there and probably pick up every infectious disease along with it. I would say thats probably where people like that actually belong. Instead of trying to tend to mine and other peoples access to public literature and knowledge.
